With the rapid development of the information society, theinformation technology education has aroused widespread concern,with the popularity of our IT courses, improve students informationliteracy into the focus of education reform and concerns. IF ITeducation can’t guide the students combine what they have learnedin IT courses with learning and life effectively and serve learning and life,What is the point of our education and learning? Students knowledgeof the use of IT capacity is the main task of the junior high school ITeducation, but also the requirements of quality education, the needs ofinformation technology in education, junior high school IT teachers mustrecognize the importance of efforts to accomplish this task. How shouldwe do? How can we do better? This is the purpose of this study.In this paper a total of six chapters content, respectively, describedthe research background, research orientation, research ideas,research methods, research status at home and abroad, examples ofresearch and research summary and outlook. This paper havesummarized the research status of IT education in primary andsecondary schools and Junior IT knowledge of the use ofcapacity-building. Describes the theoretical basis of the study, carriedout a detailed analysis on the case in practice, these cases arerelatively successful cases of IT teachers for effective teaching andlearning activities have a guiding role. By way of comparison of threeexperimental survey data, and fully reflects the effect of theexperiment.
