In the information era,great changes have taken place in people's life and learning methods.A large number of information growthed and accelerated aging of knowledge.If you want to adapt to the changing of the objective world,you have to take learning as a normal life throughout your life.If we want to realize the goal of building a learning society,we must attach importance to informal learning.When students are in junior high school,their self-consciousness can gradually mature.During this period the students can have wide learning platform and contact with rich resources of information technology,which is a good time to develop informal learning ability.The traditional classroom teaching is undergoing tremendous changes,an informal learning in their spare time can make up for that formal learning cannot reach.As an important technical support for informal learning,information technology can greatly improve the efficiency of informal learning and comprehensively enhance the comprehensive ability and quality of rural junior high school students.This research is based on Knowledge Management,Connectivism,Constructivism,Life-long learning and humanism and other learning theories.This paper analyzes the present situation of informal learning in China and abroad,and concludes the factors that influence the informal learning of information technology in junior high school in rural areas.On this basis,combined with the actual situation to design a good credit performance of students,parents,teacher questionnaire and related interviews.Select a county rural junior high school students as the research object,through on-the-spot investigation,understand the current rural junior middle school students use information technology to the current situation of informal learning.And through field observation,interviews and SPSS software analysis of sample data,it is concluded that there are some problems in informal learning for rural junior high school students in the application of information technology.First of all,the countryside junior middle school students lack of understanding of information technology,can't fully understand the importance of informal learning for personal development and application of information technology on informal learning ability is still lacking,and poor learning self-control,at present the use of information technology implementation of informal learning situation is not very ideal.Second,the countryside junior middle school campus information technology resources construction is not perfect,the information resource configuration is not ideal,the countryside junior middle school students can use the information technology and equipment is not enough,learning atmosphere environment construction,learning support platform construction of rural junior high school students contact is not yet complete,the supervision of resource information,filtering,still has shortcomings,to make learning platform and establish effective emotional connection of learners.Again,the object of rural junior high school students interpersonal less,simplerelationship,can inadvertently form informal study groups,but among group members and their relations with the outside world,the environmental impact is bigger,it is difficult to form a good atmosphere of learning community.Finally,it is difficult to form effective supervision and guidance because the rural parents and teachers are not aware of this.Finally,according to the results of the survey,the countermeasures are put forward.The learners strategies include the correct attitude,cultivate rural junior high school students' use of information technology to strengthen the rural informal learning of junior middle school students to use information technology to informal learning motivation,improve the use of information technology for informal learning ability and cultivate rural junior middle school students' rational use of information technology for informal learning habits of rural junior middle school.The strategies for supporting services include improving support platform construction,satisfying learners' emotional appeals and filtering resources.These strategies proposed the study will help to promote the rural junior middle school students to make informal learning by using information technology,promote the all-round development of rural junior middle school students and improve their comprehensive quality.
