| Chinese language teaching material is the important medium for students to learn knowledge and to foster the accomplishment of Chinese language, which reflects the gender ideology and gender culture that will have unconscious influence on students’ gender perspective and value of life. While nowadays in the field of education, to study it in the aspect of gender is becoming a hot topic. So this article is in gender research on the object of the female image in middle school Chinese language textbooks of Shanghai teaching press. On the one hand, this research is helpful for students to set up scientific view of gender and the formation of female rights and to foster correct outlook on the world, life and values; on the other hand, through the verification of much information and all-round exploration, the author hopes that can pay more attention to the female image, the easily overlooked problem.In this paper, the literature method, statistical method, content analysis and other research methods are used on the basis of the theory of teaching material to study the female images profoundly. From the research perspective, this paper is divided into four parts. The first part introduces the background, research status at home and abroad and the significance of the study. The second part is that the author proves a viewpoint of objective evidence, firstly counts the number of female image of in middle school Chinese language textbooks of Shanghai teaching press, respectively from the female image number, actress, female writers, female character appearing at the tile, comparing the data concluded, analyzing the female image types in different times and occupation, and then discusses the viewpoint. The third part mainly from four aspects, affection, love, friendship, personality, elaborates the feminine image value for teaching. The author devotes to important and irreplaceable value for teaching of the image of women to students, which has made the detailed analysis. The fourth part is the reflection of the problem and the proposal, putting forward constructive strategy for the development of female images in Shanghai middle school Chinese language textbooks, such as advocating students’profound thinking on the works of the female image; the gender equality consciousness should be incorporated into teaching material; the female image should be more rich and perfect; language teachers in the teaching process avoids gender bias and other ideas; enriching and deepening the reform of middle school Chinese course, and so on.On the basis of extensive literature and relevant theory, the author classified female image, made statistical analysis, discussed, and put forward some suggestions, hoping this kind of research can make Chinese teaching materials and curriculum reform more scientific and perfect. |
