The Social Work Design Of The Women's Support For Self-improvement

Ever since the Reform and Opening, the labor in Chinese rural area have begun to move to the outside in large scale, this makes contribution to the development of a special group of people, which are called as the women left in rural area. As the husbands of these women go out for work in long terms, the absence of family members begins to influence many rural families, which also enforces the wife who is left in family to take most of family responsibility alone. This makes the wife a woman left in rural area.However, as the body constitutions, the family background and the social relationships of these women are quite different from person to person, not everyone of them are exactly the same. As the husbands go out for work, the women left in rural area have to take the duty of working, feeding the youth and the old at the same time, this increases the burden of these women, and gives great restriction to the development of themselves. Social work focus on helping people to help themselves, professional methods and academical knowledge are used to get into point from an advantage view, then we will develop the potential of these women to help them develop themselves, so that they could solve different problem, have confidence in themselves and realize the mode of helping themselves.This paper will use the example of Ruxuenao Community of xingguo Town in Huangshi City to illustrate the problem of Women left in rural area. By collecting different essays and papers and analyzing them, the author gives a conclusion of the difficulties and basic needs of these women. And by the way of researching the real develop mode of this community, and observing the self-help group activities, this paper shows us how this mode help those women to overcome all the difficulties, construct their confidence and make their life more colorful. As the research going deep, new vies will be shown to illustrate the key to develop this self-help mode, advices will be given to be referred to, also will it be helpful to practical and theoretical research of the author.
