020 education is the first education model of Tsinghua university,which is Offline To Online.Teaching model in this paper,we study the 020 means:students according to the requirements of the teachers to provide details of knowledge and knowledge to choose suits own high quality teaching resources online and offline teacher self preparation provided by the reader to autonomous learning;In the course of the course,the problems that have been diagnosed with the knowledge of the subject are diagnosed,and the problem is examined by the group discussion and the teachers' questions.After class finish the teacher decorate the practice problem that suits oneself ability to carry on the knowledge point consolidate.Under the 020 teaching mode,teachers online and offline provide students with learning resources,customised learning strategies and methods of learning.The 020 model has transformed the traditional teaching and learning model.This model puts forward certain requirements for students' independent learning ability,and also provides students with the possibility of personalized learning.Given the 020 teaching mode of the implementation of the personalized learning for students study the influence of the very few,this study set out to research the following questions:1,grade students in the status quo of personalized learning how to chemistry.The effect of the implementation of 020 teaching model on students'personalized learning.In order to solve the above problems,the research is divided into six parts:The first part is introduction,mainly introduced from the new curriculum reform,curriculum resources development and the background of education informatization,the research question presented in this paper puts forward the background,research purpose and meaning,is introduced in this paper,the research contents and methods.The second part is literature review,define the 020 teaching mode and the concept of personalized learning,inductive combed the domestic and foreign studies of 020 teaching mode and personalized learning literature.This paper is based on the theory of constructivism and theory of multiple intelligences.Of 020 teaching model for the third part is the grade students in the investigation and analysis of cognitive situation and individualized learning needs,selection of karamay 13 middle school as the research case,on the basic situation of the third grade students and 020 cognitive situation of teaching mode has carried on the questionnaire survey.Results show that the third year students have a mobile network equipment is more,the number of students interested in chemistry discipline is strong,there are many students use extra-curricular time self-study chemical general effect is not good,but learning at the same time,students also have the expectation of existing teaching mode,general said can accept 020 teaching mode.The findings demonstrate the feasibility of this study.The fourth part is based on 020 personalized learning scheme design and practice of teaching mode,in discussing the junior middle school chemistry personalized learning design principle,the resources on the basis of the development process,elaborated the teaching model based on 020 junior middle school chemistry the implementation of personalized learning process.Part five is the effect of personalized learning based on the 020 teaching model.Through real-time tracking of experimental classes and that in comparative classes,with the help of a paper test,the methods of questionnaire and teacher interview,analyzes the 020 teaching mode for grade students in the practice of personalized learning effect.Results show that the 020 teaching model applies to individualized learning,students can rise to inspire students' learning interest and improve students' autonomous learning ability,but also helps to promote teachers'professional quality and information technology application ability.The sixth part is the conclusion and revelation,expounds the main research conclusion of this paper,and puts forward some Suggestions for the individualized learning based on 020 teaching model.Through the research,this paper draws the following main conclusions:(1)it is feasible to use 020 teaching mode to realize students' personalized learning.Through the analysis of the data from the questionnaire,the students have the need for personalized learning,and the teacher can provide personalized resources for the study of primary and secondary chemistry.(2)the first three students showed greater consistency in the demand for personalized learning resources.In the hope that teachers provide personalized learning resources,a large number of students want the teacher to provide the knowledge points,the microlecture resources,the personalized practice questions.(3)the O2O teaching model can realize the students' personalized learning.Students through personalized resources,personalized knowledge breakdown,such as micro class difficulty gradient,appropriate exercise improves the chemistry learning interest,and chemistry performance is also improved.What is more important is that students develop good study habits in the learning process of this pattern,and they learn the strategies and methods of analyzing and solving problems.
