Educational equity is an important guarantee of the education development and science progressing, which has become an important indicator of the level of education. The education equity issues were discussed from different perspectives. We had the economics perspective of educational equity, the sociological perspective of educational equity and legal perspective of educational equity etc. There is no doubt, These studies enrich people’s awareness of the issue of educational equity. By summing up these results, We chose to study the ethical value of educational equity and focus on the fair for people. From the human point of view, promote the harmonious development and supply educational equity theory.The economics perspective of educational equity focuses on the rational allocation of resources; The legal perspective of educational equity focuses on the equal right to education; The sociological perspective of educational equity focuses on the social relations in the extension of the field of education. The value of diversity conflict for the education equity need a kind of core values a highest standards to coordinate and command the different values. Based on the principle of justice, the education fair values can be qualified for this responsibility. Fair means justice, the ethical values of education equity in education is a fair that a people-oriented; being the combination of quality and quantity; Being the cornerstone of a virtuous education, educational equity is an uniform of the starting fair, the processing fair and the resulting fair, containing a wealth of ethical content. Unclassified view of education is an ethics in opportunity equality during Education. To bring everyone’s ability into full play is an ethics in fair during Education process.
