Experimental teaching is an important part of physics teaching, since, due to the traditional examination-oriented education effect, in physics teaching, often only pay attention to the teacher’s teaching, and neglected the student’s main body status. And this kind of teaching mode is not only unable to achieve comprehensive development the goal of quality education, but also can cultivate innovative talents. The new curriculum reform advocates scientific inquiry teaching ideas, to promote all-round development of physics inquiry experiment.This paper is directed primarily to promote research experiment of physics self-made teaching aids research, mainly divided into five chapters:the first chapter is the introduction part, first elaborated the research necessity and purpose, and then combined with the physical experiment teaching present situation, once again expounded the research the theoretical basis and a brief explanation of several common physics teaching model method; the second chapter is the self-made teaching connotation, elaborated in the round of self-made teaching aids status, definition, characteristics, function, significance and principle of self-made teaching aids, and the specific steps in the process of making the note; third chapter to self-made teaching aids to promote the importance of physical experiment, enumerates some simple principle, demonstration effects obviously, very useful teaching aids, separately from the demonstration experiment, the students experiment and physics experiment and production of these three aspects, using a variety of examples are expounded, a detailed description of the self-made teaching aids in physical experiment teaching. The fourth chapter lists the self-made teaching aids in physics experiments of specific cases, practice has proved that the self-made realia in inquiry physics plays an important role in the. The fifth chapter is the conclusion of the study and reflection. Combined with the research of the actual situation, in order to promote the research experiment of physics self-made teaching can stimulate students’learning initiative, enhance the students’ practical ability and innovative ability, broaden the students’ divergent thinking and reverse thinking, improve students’ inquiry skills, training students the physical love, improve students’ ability to solve practical problems, promote students to form the correct world outlook, outlook on life and values, to enable students to develop a passion for life and character, develop student intelligence, the cultivation of students’ creativity. Also listed may restrict the self-made teaching aids and the physics inquiry experiments factors, and on how to solve these problems and puts forward some opinions.
