Our country is now in a period of society transition, and so is the globe. Thescience and technology developed in high speed, the knowledge economy strated,international competition getting more and more excited. That leads to more talentsexpecially creative talents are demanded for the development of our society andculture education. In this situation, our ideological and political education should befocus on assimilation in dialectical way, to get more useful things from others. Thepostmodernism education theory is created from postmodernism ideology, it showsus a new idea in our colleges and universities for talents’ values training.Postmodernism ideology is the basic of the postmodernism education theory.The criticize from postmodernism education to modernism education based on thecriticize from postmodernism to modernism. The postmodernism educaters point outsome educational misunderstanding in modern education that is damedged by thescientism, anthropocentrism and pragmatism. Those lead to the departure betweenideological and political education and the actuality in the colleges and universitiesthat makes the colleges and universities been in to the situation of educating forscience only.The ideology of Pluralism, creative, variation, intersubjectivity, irrational,openness and equal-footed consultation effective the ideological and politicaleducation in colleges and universities in two sides of the talents’ values training. Onthe one side, it trained the critical spirit and co-operation conception of personalabilities, rise the cultural quality level. In the other side, it give rise tomisunderstanding on political ideas even more, some of the college and universitystudents begin to have pluralism value orientation. So we should face to thepostmodernism dialecticly and scientificly, try to find a great way to absorb theadvantedge and support the countermeasure and suggestions to build up neweducational ideology, wholesome personality, make a real efficient education. Thatwill be the realy realisticly and theoretically to colleges and universities for talents’values training.
