The number of college graduates has risen annually while Chinese highereducation has become “popular” from “elite”. Help the college graduates find theirjob has become an emphasis of the government every year, it also becomes a socialfocus. It was pointed out in the Fifth Plenary of the17thSession of the CPC thatemployment promotion should be prior, the government should take much accountfor the college graduates’ employment. There are some contradictions that somegraduates can’t find the job or the work they do is not satisfied by them, but at thesame time the enterprises can’t find the appropriate talented person. The unsuitablerelationship between the high education and the social need may be the one reason.The suspended problems also influence the quality of the undergraduates’employment.This study starts with the three angles: the modern enterprises’ human resourceopinion, the main problems in the employment process of the undergraduates and thekey components which influence the employment. It has studied in three areas: theemployment process of college graduates, the participant of the enterprises, theattentionable problems and strategies to help the employment of college graduates.The study hopes to help the college graduates strengthen the direction of choosing ajob, increase the success ratio in job choosing and lay a good foundation for the jobmarket.Firstly, analyze the situation of the employment of the college graduates from theangles of employment policy, current situation and feature. Study the procedures andits influence of the college graduates’ employment. The results show that the collegegraduates’ employment has become an important part of the employment in wholesociety. It is not stable enough. Governmental intervention becomes weaker whilemarkets guiding more strengthen. Furthermore, the employment of the college graduates show some features: stronger stereovision, clearer direction, emphasislocation choosing, more need and the graduates are also in the weaker side.Secondly, find out the current situation of enterprises’ participating in theundergraduates’ employment process by studying the ways of the enterpriseparticipation in the undergraduates’ employment process, the selection rules in theinterview, and the enterprise accession for the college graduates and theiremployment process. The study pointes out that the main problems met by collegegraduates in the employment process are the uncontrollable employment cost, theweaker suitality with the job, the problems existed in the graduates and their family.These problems can be solved by increase the employment ability of the graduatesand increase the receptivity to the college graduates of the enterprises.Thirdly, analyze the current situation and the problems in the career guidanceservice of university, put forward the improvement strategies. The main problems inthe career guidance service of university are that the career guidance service agencyof university is not specific enough, the career guidance course and activity is alsonot sufficient enough. We can complement the insufficient in five ways below:Firstly, substantiate the undergraduate’s employment courses for the employmentcase and enterprise employing rules. Secondly, invite the enterprise managers orHuman Resources Specialist serves as undergraduate’s employment guide teachers.Thirdly, strengthen the cooperation between the university and the enterprisesthrough the introduction of the government, in which way to improve the quality ofemployment guidance. Fourthly, manage some activities to guide the undergraduateto make the career plan. Last but not the least, strengthen the depth between theuniversities and enterprises, and enhance the chances of the student to know theenterprises.
