The Investigation Of College Students View Of Employment And Research On Instructive Countermeasures

With the reform of undergraduates employment system and the coming on of expandedenrollment policy in colleges, the higher education in our country is coming to popular. As a result, the problem of undergraduates employment appeared. Under the employment policy—two-way selection, job-hunting independently, the two sides, supply-demand of the labor force, have more freedom to choose job, which is the mutual hunting process of the both sides. Reasonable collocation of college students' human resource depends on the decision-making of both sides. Therefore, what about the graduates' view of choosing job? What are the influencing factors? Are the views of employment in different areas identical? What are their characteristics? The research on these problems will contribute to the reasonable collocation of college students' human resource. This paper tries to investigate the views of employment among the college students in Jiangxi province, and compare the views of employment between the developed area and western area on the base of the former investigation. Having knowing about the common rules about the college students' views of employment, this paper put forward the instructive countermeasures about cultivating correct and reasonable views of employment among the college students.This paper is made up of three parts.Chapter One. The investigation of the views of employment among college students in Jiangxi province.Taking Nanchang University, Jiangxi Financial University and Nanchang Institute of Aeronautical Technology, the three universities located in Nanchang city of Jiangxi as examples, this part investigated the views of employment among Jiangxi colleges students, thus to discover the reality and problems of their employment, such as indefinite professional purpose, the higher expectation, the convergence of areas and units, too much attention to the realization of individual value, and various demand for the employment guidance and etc.Chapter Two. The analysis on the characteristics and influencing factors of the views of employment among college students in Jiangxi province.By comparing the college students' views of employment between developed and western areas, this part concluded their common rules. That is to say, there existed the positive side that the college students views of employment contributed to the reasonable collocation of human resources; on the other hand, there also existed the negative side that the market system failed the human resource. The author analyzed negative factors of their views of employment from the three aspects - labor force market, college students, and higher education.Chapter Three.
