We nearly couldn’t find the women’s vocational system existed in the Chinese vocational education system before the republic of china period (1912-1949), the ministry of education issuing the new educational system with the nature of capitalist class named "Renzi-Guichou" system, The new educational system maintains that the equal education between the women and men. The women rights activities make further development at the beginning of the republic of china period and produced many female educationalists, they promote the equal education rights between the women and men, discuss about the content, methods of the women’s education, the women’s education is growing up during that time and also provide a good environment for the women’s educational development.The thesis is researching for the growing-up of women vocational education and historical background during the republic of china period1912-1949. It consists of three main parts, the first main part is talking on the characteristics of the typical three stages of the women vocational education, The fist stage is put the emphasis on the women vocational education and develop the compulsory education during the preliminary period1912-1917; the second stage is talking about the number of the women vocational school becoming more and lots of majors to choose, the content also becoming more colorful during the fast growing-up period1927-1937; the third stage is put the emphasis on the practice during the slow-growing period1937-1949. The second main part is through the social background, educational relief and content, regional distribution comparison of the3different stages and sum up the own characteristics of flexibility, tendency of the politics and unbalance of the republic of china period. The third main part is talking on the development effectiveness and limitations of the vocational women’s education during that time (1912-1949) and realize that the importance for the women social skills, full employment, the awakening of the self-awareness and great meaningfulness for the women liberation; point out the great effectiveness for the development of society, changes of the thoughts, majors of the female-style and types of education.
