Social justice is the ideal pursuit and nice will of human. The equity of classroom instruction is a microscopic field of educational fairness. It is not only a section of education fairness but also an inevitable requirement of new curriculum reform. Our pursuing of equity of classroom instruction fundamentally originated from students’ personality equality as the life existence.The equity of classroom instruction experiences three stages:previous period, spouting period and developing period.Pawls’ Justice, Howard Gardner’s Multiple Intelligences Theory and Inclusive Education Theory offer the theoretical foundation for us to realize the equity of classroom instruction. In order to promote the equity of classroom instruction, we must follow such principles as equality, difference, compensation and development.The author considers there are relationships of the unity and opposite between instruction equity and efficiency in class. They are contrary on the utilization and arrangement of teaching resources, but about the goal of the students’development they are consistent. We can unify the instruction equity and efficiency by enlarging teaching resources, overcoming the defects of efficiency and arranging the resources rightly. Then how can we deal with the relationships in classroom instruction? The author considers that only based on the instruction efficiency can the quality of the instruction equity be improved and only guided by the instruction equity can the integrity and high quality be obtained. Finally, the instruction equity and efficiency can be in the service of the development of students together. Some implementation strategies are proposed at last.
