To vigorously develop vocational education and protect the quality of vocational education, the key point is to have a high-quality vocational teacher team. Teacher training is the important means and inevitable way of improving teachers’ personal qualities and sustainable development. With the improvement in the level of the importance of vocational education in China, Teachers’ training also getting more and more people’s attention, both in the funds investment and in the construction of the training base have been greatly improved. but still have many problems. According to the present situation of the secondary teacher training, in-depth analysis and study of their problems is a necessary and meaningful work.This paper mainly adopts literature collection, questionnaire, interview etc. based on the analysis the present research of domestic and foreign secondary vocational school teacher training,clear about theoretical. Selected and investigated the Teachers’ Training situation of12secondary vocational schools in Nanning City. The Main problem of the teachers’ training effectiveness includs education concept fall behind, secondary teacher training system is imperfect, process management unscientific, teacher training is much more difficult, training service quality is poor, training motivation mechanism and evaluation mechanism is not sound and so on. Finally, in order to effectively monitor teachers’training effectiveness and improve the training effect, the author constructed the secondary vocational school teacher training effectiveness evaluation model, And suggested that by improving the social environment, to raise community awareness on teacher training in vocational schools,establish and improve the understanding of the secondary teacher training legal system, to provide security for secondary teacher training,standard secondary teacher training process, to ensure that the teacher training process management to be scientific,perfect the teacher training related services, gradually to solve the difficults of teachers participating in the training,the development of reward and punishment incentive policies, improve the in-service teachers training, incentives and other ways to continuously improve performance mechanism of vocational schools, improve post effectiveness of teacher training, making clear incentive policy reward, perfect the secondary teacher training encouragement mechanism way, constantly improve the efficiency of the secondary teacher training.
