A Research On The Devevelopment And Utilization Of The Local Native Curriculum Resources In High School History Teaching In Weifang Area

Curriculum resources is a bright spot in the Basic Education Curriculum Reform of Chinain2001, and also a new challenge we face currently. The development and utilization ofcurriculum resources is an important guarantee for the implementation of the new curriculum.Whether the new curriculum reform can proceed smoothly largely depends on the degree ofrichness and level of development and utilization of curriculum resources.Our great motherland has a long history, splendid culture, and in every place thehistorical and cultural resources are very rich, which has an irreplaceable educational function.However, due to the previously highly centralized course management system and thetraditional concept of curriculum resources, the rich history of Native curriculum resourceshas been neglected and idle. Furthermore, the students feel the traditional high school historyclass rather boring, one important reason is that history is too far away from the students’ reallife, and even there is a deep gap between students and history.
