The modern significance of the problem teaching was proposed by of the fomes SovietUnion, Maher Mourinho. He as well as thought the essence problem teaching included threeaspects: Firstly, the problem teaching is the process that the teacher guides the students to findand solve the problems; Secondly, the problem teaching emphasizes students’ independence;Thirdly, the problem teaching emphasizes students’ creativity, that is to say, the teacher guidesthe students to acquire knowledge independently. The existence of the theory of problemteaching and its development have a solid educational foundation, psychological foundation.One of the objectives of the new curriculum reform is to promote the problem teaching.Nowadays,though Chinese language teaching in secondary vocational school changes thetraditional" chalk and talk" in the teaching practice and the problem teaching is adoptedmostly, and has achieved certain results, but the result of Chinese language teaching is notsatisfactory. It hasn’t really realized the three-dimensional target of the new curriculum reform.The investigation and study on the secondary Chinese language teaching shows that thesituation of the secondary language teaching is not satisfactory, and there are manyproblems, mainly including the following aspects:1.The creation of scenarios is weakening2.The design of problem situation is unreasonable3." In class raising questions all the time"leads students by the nose4."Standardization" imprisons students’ thought5."Formalization" group cooperationresearch6. Secondary vocational school students are not active, etc. These problems haveseriously affected the result of secondary Chinese language teaching. According to the theoryof the problem teaching, now the secondary language teaching is still in the low level of theproblem teaching, which belongs to the teacher-oriented. Students in secondary vocationalschools are still in a passive acceptance of knowledge, and they haven’t aroused their interestin learning Chinese. Vocational students haven’t become the masters of learning becausetheyare not fully excavated of the chinese learning potential. Secondary language teaching isstill the inculcation education in essence. To break through the predicament of secondarylanguage teaching, we must use the method that is fit for the secondary language teaching. Letstudents become masters of language learning.This study makes an anylasis on the current language teaching situation, the characteristics of secondary vocational school students, the research of the secondaryvocational school Chinese language teaching. Combined with the experience of teachingpractice, in order to develop secondary vocational Chinese teaching, we should do thefollowing:1. Take the special way of the Chinese language teaching2. Create the strategy ofthe question situation3. Strategies of being raised questions by the teacher in class.4.Cultivate the strategy of students’ problem consciousness5. Design reasonable teachingprocess6. Organize effective group cooperation strategy7.The strategy of making thestudents "active". Applying the strategy, to teaching practice.It has greatly aroused theenthusiasm of secondary vocational school students’ interest in learning Chinese, andimproved the secondary language teaching effectby applying the strategies to the teachingpractice.
