The government's policy of lightening burdens of education,whose release and implementation has exerted a subtle influence on educational idea and teaching methods of front-line teachers,as well as on educational concept of the public.However,due to the poor enforcement and supervision of related administrative departments,who have betrayed the original intention of the policy,the reality is:teachers' work busier while students' score lower.This puts great pressure on teachers who face college entrance examination directly.Teaching is a job where occupation easily occurs because it comes down to different interpersonal relationships and a narrow margin of error,as well as its big repeatability.And this phenomenon,ubiquitous in rural high schools,severely hinders the orderly development of education in rural areas.Therefore,the study of rural teachers' job burnout,proceeding from government countermeasures,under the background of lightening burdens of education,has great significance on helping teachers overcome job burnout and focus on occupation development,as well as giving impetus to a virtuous cycle of education.This research,based on the theory of teachers' role conflict and Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,takes rural high school teachers in DY city as research object,using literature method and questionnaire survey method,and chooses 71 course teachers in DY rural high school as the research sample to conduct a survey of job burnout current situation of rural high school teachers in DY city under the background of lightening burdens of education.At the same time,analyzes the data of survey to find out influence factors and their relationship with the country's policy in order to explore rural high school teachers' occupational tiredness countermeasures starting from improving governing ability of related departments.From this research,we found that although the policy of Alleviating Students' burden has existed for a long time,the course burden and mental stress of rural high school teachers in DY city hasn't been really reduced due to the enrollment pressure of college entrance examination.The sense of job burnout in the dimensions of emotional exhaustion,depersonalization and lack of personal accomplishment displayed obviously.The reasons include the over-high expectation from society and parents as well as the out-of-balance in school evaluation system and management method,and mostly the teachers' unreasonable career anchor and negative attitude.Aiming at the results,this study,on the base of evaluating the implementation effects of the policy,put forward countermeasures from three aspects covering the society,the school and individuals from the vision of government administration with the purpose of releasing the current status of teachers' job burnout in DY rural high school and assisting teachers to optimistically face ego,work and life.Therefore,they can root in grass-roots confidently and serve better for the development of rural education.
