Non-intellectual factors in all human activities, especially the role of the learning activities to highlight the growing non-intellectual factors of learning for minors, talent plays a vital role. Non-intellectual factors to enhance learning in the process of moral education, training is the inevitable requirement of moral education. In practice, the traditional way of education quality education with the current requirements of the contrary. Schools to use the moral education of middle school students to learn the development of the non-intellectual factors, there is still insufficient. In this paper, the analysis of the current high school students to learn the non-intellectual factors still exist fuzzy learning motivation, learning enthusiasm and interest in instability, learning emotional fragility, learning weak, inadequate personality development, the role of the moral education of individual intellectual development It is achieved through the process of moral education on the students’learning the cultivation of non-intellectual factors, we should give full play to the non-intellectual factors training and adaptation functions of moral education in middle school students. The author discusses the moral education in particular, learning the function of the coordination and development of training and adaptation of the non-intellectual factors, mental factors and the study of non-intellectual factors of unity, personality and common unity, training objectives and culture means the unity of principle, and the use of moral education training and adaptation of high school students to learn specific methods of non-intellectual factors.
