The transformation of backward students is one of the problems that every school must face,and it is also one of the problems in secondary education.As educators should actively deal with the differences of students,no matter which stage,it is important to recognize this difference.We have to maintain a good attitude,with a fair,just,loving eyes to educate them.Of course,the transformation of backward students is not overnight,it is a long-term,complex process,the need for educators to make unremitting efforts.It is of great significance for the school education,family harmony and the healthy development of students.Therefore,it is necessary to seek an effective strategy for backward students transformation.This paper conducts a case study on how to transform non-intellectual backward students.In this paper,the use of educational practice opportunities,the use of investigation,observation,interviews,etc.,selected representative of the three non-intellectual chemical students: learning motivation,lack of learning interest and lack of learning will be weak as study Objects.From the perspective of school,family and student factors to cause students to non-intellectual factors behind the reasons leading to backward in-depth.According to the personality characteristics of the case object and the type of backward,the comprehensive use of a variety of psychological effects,targeted to build a transformation strategy.Such as the lack of learning motivation for the use of acquaintances effect,butterfly effect,to avoid the Matthew effect;learning interest is not concentrated after the use of Rosenthal effect,to prevent overrun effect,make good use of supporting effect;Weak backward use southerly effect and boarding threshold effect and implied effect.In the specific implementation process,using these strategies into a specific way,and test the effectiveness of the strategy in practice.Through the case study shows that the use of psychological effects,to enhance the level of non-intellectual students,so as to achieve the goal of transformation is feasible.
