Effective teaching has been in existence for a long time,people paygreat effort in order to obtain the goal of effective teaching. The thoughhave received widely attentions from the scholar in the world,and it alsobecome a hot issue in the field of education. This thesis takes the currentstatus of Secondary vocational schools as research object, adopted themethod of questionnaire and interview in surveying and analyzing.The studyfound that existing secondary vocational school teaching as a whole arestill inefficient,and there are still Obvious defects inobjectives,content,methods,forms of organization and evaluation incurrent teaching activities. For these deficiencies,researchers haveproposed strategies and recommendations.The first chapter:Form the sight of the macro and micro,the researchelaborate the background and historic significance of the research,in thesame time, the thesis have proposed the ideas, methods, and object of studyand theoretical basis of the research.The second chapter:To define the concept of effective teaching.Including vocational schools, secondary vocational schools and culturalstudies, cultural studies, secondary vocational schools, the concept ofeffective teaching and ineffective teaching, effective teaching, anddiscusses the difference between the teaching of inefficient, ineffectiveteaching and the negative effect of teaching. Exposition on the outcomeof effective teaching and research at home and abroad.The third chapter:Data analysis section of the paper.Researchersdivided the effective teaching class into several aspects, such as teachingobjectives, teaching content, teaching methods, teaching forms oforganization, teaching evaluation. Survey and analyze the status of the teaching found that the existing teaching is inefficient teaching.The fourth chapter:Develop the appropriate strategies for thephenomenon of inefficient secondary vocational school classroom teaching,combined with the characteristics of the culture of occupational class.Theresearchers proposed Develop appropriate strategies in teachingobjectives,including the selection and the evaluation of teachingcontent,teaching methods, and the organization of the class,in order toimprove the effectiveness of classroom teaching of cultural studies.
