The Study Of How To Train The Nursing Students To Develop Their Oral Communication Ability

In this dissertation, we mainly focus on the research and realization of the oralcommunication ability about the nursing students of secondary specialized school,Focus on the exploration of reform and strengthen nurse students oral communicationability in Chinese teaching method. The level of oral communication competence is thedirect embodiment of one person’s wisdom and civilization, which is needed by thegrowth and development of the talents in the21st century. Vocational education takesthe employment as the guidance, so the imminence and the importance of cultivatingOral communication competence are particularly acute. In recent years, so manyspecialists and scholars and the teachers in the front line have reflected and studied theoral communication teaching, and discussed how to cultivate oral communicationcompetence for the students in vocational schools. But now, this kind of teaching is farfrom optimistic. Though it has drawn educators’ attention to a certain extent, it is still ina state of disorder and inefficiency. In order to explore how to cultivate oralcommunication competence for the students in health schools, the author gets somefeasibility methods for the oral communication teaching in health school, and it laidemphasis on how to cultivate the students’ confidence of oral communication accordingto the real cases, and the author hope that it can strengthen the suitable and actual effectof oral communication teaching in health school, improve the students’ oralcommunication competence in real earnest, and lay a solid foundation in their futurecareer and lifelong development.The author combine his own teaching practice, on howto optimize the secondary level school nurse students’ oral communication teaching isstudied, Put forward the following teaching research: Situational teaching method、Caseteaching method、Multimedia teaching method、OSCE teaching method、And carry outsome effective oral English activity class、At the same time in the social life of thecultivation of students’ oral English communicative competence.
