The course content has been considered important aspects of school education, although the view of many scholars in the course content is inconsistent, consistent with its understanding is important. Therefore, no matter which country, it attend great importance to the selection and design of the course content. High school education is the last bulwark of Education talented people, and its overall quality will directly affect the results of university education. The curriculum is the core content of a high school education. Advanced higher education in the United States with its excellent high school education are inseparable, imagining how good high school education talents for higher education reserve. Although the United States the founding of history is not long, but its rapid economic development is worthy of inquiry, the rapid development of economy and advanced education are inextricably linked. We need to see others’ advanced part, and find his own shortcomings in order to make themselves have continued to develop. U.S. high school education in today’s results, because they constantly change and seek development. Since the United States the founding of the Government has been carrying out high school education reform, although we are also reform, why our reform is always the desired effect, it is very well worth considering. American students are always innovative thinking, which our Chinese students want to do and have been trying to do, but our students still lack of innovation, and we need in-depth review. Here is not to say that the American high school education must be better than ours, but we want to find its place is worth learning for our great efforts to develop our high school education. This paper aims to find out a comparative study of US high school course content can improve the innovation capability of our high school students.This study consists of four parts:The first part of the US course selection, select the basis of impact factors in a comparative study of the United States and the selection of course content. The second part of the US high school curriculum framework, this part is mainly from the U.S. high school curriculum framework, the US high school course content current framework study. The third part of the US high school course content presentation, which mainly includes the American high school course content presentation and the high school curriculum content presentation. The fourth part of the U.S. high school curriculum Enlightenment in the American high school curriculum characteristics and the characteristics of the high school course. We analyzed from this essay to provide reference data for our high school of education development.
