| The construction of web-based course is the core of resource constructing in modern distance education project. More and more educational technology specialist and scholastic are in favor of and attention to the study of web-based course. From the study of web-based course, experts pay attention to not only the mode, design and development of web-based course, but also the thin of web-based course, especially the study of the influence factors of web-based learning. The quality of web-based course is one of the key factors which affect the effect of web-based learning. The design of instruction content in web-based course, especially the instruction content organization and arrangement are the key factors which influence the web-based course quality in the web-based course design.
