On The Urban Minority Floating Population Working Mechanism

Since 1990's, along with the course of urbanization accelerated and the nation scatter-inhabitation become clearer, a great deal of minority floating population enters into cities, at the context of development of socialism economy. They boosted the flourish of cities in various aspects, at one time; they brought many problems to the cities they dwelled in and the city ethnical work.It is reported that there are 8,000,000 minorities lived in more than 660 cities, which is one third of the mixed and scattered minorities, besides the figure is mounting up nowadays.How to manage and give service to those people, in order to protecting their legal rights and interests, becomes an emergent task for the city management department. Therefore, our work need new theory, need adjust the old national policy and constitute new, and need to renovate and perfect the old work mechanism.The work mechanism of city-minority floating population, is a mechanism especially to those kinds of people, have active realistic function on effectively resolving the problems city-minority floating population brought in.In the guidance of construction of harmonious society, based on field study and established on Marxism national theory, via analyzing the relationship between the city development and city-minority floating population, this paper aim to put forward the opinion of the work mechanism of city-minority floating population. Furthermore, I greatly hope it could supply some ideas for the national theory subject expensively and deeply study the real world.On the measure of research, this paper insists the historical materialistic and dialectic materialistic position view and method, and in the guidance of Marxism Mao Zedong's thinking philosophy and Deng Xiaoping's theory. In addition, I do my best live up to four combinations: theory and practice, history and real-life, quantitative analysis andqualitative analysis, macroscopic and macrocosmic analysis.
