Higher Vocational as a style of China’s Higher Education, bearing the Mission oftraining the special talents facing the frontline of Production, Construction,Administration, Service and the Rural area. Higher Vocational plays an importantrole in the process of advancing the Socialist modernization. The establishment andchoice of Higher Vocational College Students’ occupation values decide their workingindustry and attitude, and influence deeply their future. Therefore, the studies on theHigher Vocational College Students'Occupational Values have a great significance.This project adheres to the theory and practice, carrying out the study on someHigher Vocational Colleges in Fuzhou, Fujian Province, and mainly adopts thequestionnaire method. During the study, I interviewed some of the higher occupationcolleges'students, and made some records. Meanwhile, I also made investigation atthe Fujian Furen Wood Industry Co., Ltd. to conduct research to understand talentsupply and demand relationship between vocational colleges and enterprises, andinterviewed a number of younger workers, enrich the research content. Then, on thebasis of the investigation, combining of theoretical knowledge, and with scientificanalysis of the problems and causes of the higher vocational college students'occupational values education in China,innovation, and put up my views andopinions on the principles and countermeasures of the higher vocational collegestudents'occupational values of my country and then draw my own conclusionsfinally.This paper comprehensive comparison analysis as a whole induction methods,and the use of documentary research, comprehensive collects the and the topic ofmonographs on paper material, the existing research on the basis of analysisconcludes arrangement, this paper discusses to provide the theory basis and at thesame time, a questionnaire survey, through the questionnaire survey to know thestudents’ professional values education in higher vocational colleges, the existingproblems of the statistical tools and statistical data, this paper provides basis forreality.The first part of this paper introduction part, this paper introduces project research background research significance plans to solve the key problems of theplace of innovation and related concepts and the professional values education inhigher vocational colleges at home and abroad and the research and practice thecontent such as paper; the second part of China was introduced the two traditionalskilled talents training mode to contemporary professional values education revelation;the third part of our country’s higher vocational college students for the professionalvalues education present situation and the problem and reason analysis; The fourthpart in higher vocational college students in our country the professional valueseducation present situation and problems, and actively from the domestic and foreignexisting professional values education experience, put forward the principle thatshould, and puts forward some countermeasures. The fifth part is the epilogue parts.In the higher vocational students’ professional values education process, mustbalanced the coordinated development, to correctly handle the social school eachfactor personal family, the relationship between the scientific theory to guide, perfectprofessional values education system in higher vocational students and modernvocational education system, and realize the growth of higher vocational students’health science, for our country’s modernization construction with the practice needs tocultivate more qualified personnel, meet the social economy development tohigh-quality workers and the need of skilled talents.
