Research On Guangdong Higher Vocational Students Occupational Values

With Higher Education from elite era to popular era,the number of college graduates increasing year by year,the employment situation of college students becomes increasingly serious.Higher Vocational College Students,as the main force of the college students,the employment situation is not optimistic,therefore,it is helpful to increase the research of Higher Vocational College Students' occupational values,to help Higher Vocational College Students to clear their ideas,to some extent,to alleviate the employment pressure' Higher Vocational College Students.Concerning the research of Higher Vocational College Students' occupational values,most scholars studies form the perspectives of psychology,philosophy,pedagogy.This study adopts the important concept of reception aesthetics——the theory of horizon exception,compiles the questionnaire of Higher Vocational College Students' occupational values,further studies the current situation,characteristics,and then puts the promotion strategy of Higher Vocational College Students' occupational values.This thesis is divided into four chapters.The first part mainly introduces the background,the significance,theory of horizon exception,the research tends of domestic and international,the idea of the research.The second part is to design the questionnaire of Higher Vocational College Students' occupational values.The initial questionnaire concludes six factors,which is consist of material life factor,work environment factor,interpersonal relationship factor,self-development factor,social promotion factor,family maintenance factor,after the first forecast and recovery statistics,the questionnaire for reliability and validity test,on this basis to modify the questionnaire.The formal questionnaire contains six factors,which is composed of organization of security and welfare benefits,wok relationship and leisure,social development,family altruism,self-development,social relations and fairness.The questionnaire was collected andanalyzed.The third part is current situation analysis,which analyzes the current situation and characteristics of Higher Vocational College Students.This paper mainly elaborates the student's occupational values current situation from two aspects which is consisted of overall current situation and difference analysis,mainly from aspects of specialty,gender,nationality,school,grade,family income and admission.The forth part puts forward to improving the measure to Higher Vocational College Students' occupational values.
