Occupational Values reflects the relationship with the individual needs and professional attributes, it is a general and stable concept system when a people deals with employment, behavior and results of work on the basis of his needs. This paper studied the Practical ways of Occupational Values Education in higher Vocational College in view of student's variety of values. It based on grasp of the intrinsic and objective definition of Occupational Values; also fully draw on experience of Occupational Values Education at home and abroad. The objective lies in exploring a way of Occupational Values Education combined with vocational knowledge and skills training through series of reform in higher Vocational College.First of all, the paper makes discrimination in Values, Occupational Values and Occupational Values Education. Based on this, it elaborates the theoretical and practical significance of the research on a reform of Occupational Values Education in higher Vocational College.Secondly, based on the surveys, we preliminary grasp of the school students'characteristic of Occupational Values and the circumstance of The Education. This provides practical basis for the reform.Finally, this study proposes some ways such as reform of Ideological and Political Courses; infiltration with Vocational Courses, Module Education aims on the question above. The Paper analyzes the effects of the reform, and thinks about how to integrate Occupational Values Education and professional knowledge and skills training.
