Chinese etiquette culture has a long history.It is the traditional virtue of the Chinese nation to know "etiquette" and understand "etiquette".As a code of conduct and norms that are observed in social interactions,etiquette is an important symbol of the national literacy and spiritual civilization of a country and a nation.Implementing universal etiquette education and promoting ceremonial culture is the call of the new era.Secondary vocational education is an important part of vocational education.In secondary vocational education,etiquette education is particularly important.The cultivation of the etiquette quality of secondary vocational students will help to improve the overall quality of secondary vocational students,thereby improving the employment quality of secondary vocational students and promoting the sustainable development of secondary vocational education.In the process of China's transition from a big country of vocational education to a strong country of vocational education,the cultivation of etiquette quality of secondary vocational students needs to be further discussed due to their unique growth experience,learning habit and cognitive level.Through literature review,questionnaire survey,interview and case study,this paper obtained the corresponding data.The status quo and problems of etiquette quality cultivation education of secondary vocational students are analyzed from the data,and the causes are analyzed.Countermeasures of etiquette quality cultivation education of secondary vocational students are proposed from multiple perspectives.This article is divided into five chapters.The first chapter introduces the research background,sorts out relevant literatures at home and abroad,and expounds the significance,the ideas and the methods of the research.The second chapter defines the core concepts of this research,and explains the multiple intelligence theory and CIPP evaluation mode.The third chapter takes the Hainan High-level Technical School as the research object,and uses the questionnaire survey method and the case study method to analyze the current situation and problems of the cultivation of the etiquette quality of the secondary vocational students.The fourth chapter analyzes the causes of education problem of the etiquette quality of secondary vocational students from the aspects of individuals,families,schools and enterprises.The fifth chapter discusses the countermeasures to improve the cultivation of the etiquette quality of the secondary vocational students from the aspects of optimizing the educational environment,improving the etiquette quality of teachers,establishing a system of etiquette courses,and strengthening the participation of enterprises so as to make suggestions and references for improving the overall professional quality of secondary vocational students.
