Since the reform and opening up,China's life expectancy has been greatly extended with the improvement of people's living standards,and the aging population is on the rise.According to statistics,in 1990,there were more than 7.6 million people over 80 years old in China.By the end of 1998,the number of senior citizens in China had increased to 10 million.It reached 11 million in 2000 and will grow at a rate of 5.3% per year in the future.Faced with such a form of aging population growth,the elderly's pension problem has always been concerned by the society.More and more people put forward higher requirements for the elderly's pension service quality and high-efficiency management of pension affairs,which leads to some pension institutions or pension enterprises have more strict standards for talent selection,and only students with professional skills are far away.It can not meet the requirements of some employers,coupled with the fact that students are facing a special group of the elderly after graduation,it is particularly important for students to have some professional ethics,professional awareness,professional ideals and beliefs and professional abilities.But at present,through the investigation,we find that the vocational literacy of the senior service and management students in our country is generally not high,such as: lack of professional ethics literacy,lack of professional awareness literacy,lack of professional ability literacy,lack of professional ideal and belief literacy and so on.In such a severe situation,senior service and management students in secondary vocational school are facing great challenges.Through the literature review of vocational school students' professional literacy,it is found that scholars have done more research on the composition of vocational school students' professional literacy,the curriculum research of vocational school students' professional literacy,the lack of vocational school students' Professional Literacy and the cause analysis.Most of the scholars' research objects are facing the whole vocational school students group,and the research on vocational school students' professional literacy is less.With the progress of society and different social stages,the requirements of vocational school students' professional quality are different,which leads to the imperfect,lack of systematicness,operability and pertinence of the suggestions for the cultivation and promotion of vocational school students' professional quality.In view of the urgent shortage of high-quality senior service and management professionals in our country,this paper uses empirical research methods,focusing on the investigation and analysis of the current situation of the professional literacy of senior service and management students in secondary vocational schools,and further puts forward feasible suggestions on the improvement of the professional literacy of senior service and management in secondary vocational schools from macro and micro perspectives.The specific research content is divided into the following four parts:The first part is the background of the topic.This part mainly introduces the current situation of population aging,national policy orientation,definition of core concepts,research significance,research status at home and abroad,research content and research ideas.The second part is a survey of the current situation of the professional quality of the senior service and management students in secondary vocational school.Taking the elderly service and management students in two secondary vocational colleges in Tianjin and Hebei Province as the research object,this paper makes an in-depth and detailed investigation on the current situation and existing problems of the elderly service and management students in secondary vocational schools through questionnaire survey,interview and other methods from the three aspects of school status,survey design and survey result analysis.The third part is to elaborate and analyze the professional quality dilemma of senior service and management students in secondary vocational school.At present,the senior service and management students in secondary vocational school have the following problems: lack of professional ethics literacy,weak professional consciousness literacy,weak professional ability literacy,unswerving professional ideal and belief literacy and so on.In view of the above problems,the author analyzes the causes from four aspects: students,secondary vocational schools,government and society.The fourth part from the students,secondary vocational schools,government,social four levels for the senior service and management professional students to improve their professional quality,put forward feasible and targeted rationalization suggestions.
