Lecturing (jianghui) is an ancient lecture activity in China, and it is a important way of Academy teaching. Almost all the participants of Lecturing were adults, the contents they discussed included academic problems, ethics or Village Convenance, in order to elevate the quality of personnel, improve the moral level and constructed good social convention. We can known that what the participants studied in lecturing was advanced knowledge,so the education they received in lecturing was college education in the traditional sense. And there was some conception for modem universities can be founded in lecturing. It had have the three major functions of cultivating the talents, carrying out the academic research and serving the society which the modern university must have. So lecturing have resemblance to modern university. All mentioned above indicate that the ancient Lecturing has so many points worthy for the modern academy education learning and referring, especially, the abundant dialogue factors in the ancient lecturing, which is just the one inadequate in the modern academy education. The literature study is the main research method used in this article. Collecting masses of literature and documents about the ancient lecturing, the author made a profound analysis on the concept, history, activities and social effects of the ancient lecturing. The most important in those tasks was to restore the lecturing scene in order to found the factors of dialogue.Concern the analysis of literature, I think the lecturing carries rich dialogue factors. For example, the lecturing(jianghui) was established on the basis of equality,trust and tolerance, and it has very open discussing space.the participants of lecturing came from various social strata, all walks of life, such as farmer, worker, intellectual, merchant and so on. questioning or challenging of ideas, self-examination was encouraged in lecturing(jianghui). Lecturing can end conflict, and cultivate mutual respect and understanding among peoples and groups. New knowledge coudle carry out throngh lecturing.Many inspirations for modern university education we can learn from lecturing, the most is that the Introduction of dialogue to the university teaching.specific to do:should establishes the good(essentially equal) teacher-student relations in college teaching, and emphasize love, modesty, trust, and hope mood and so on; should construct a good classroom atmosphere that include open-space, freedom, empressement, fair, tolerance and cooperation, in order to produce the best for dialogue; should advocate criticism and oppose inculcation; should emphasize self-talk(teachers should develop students’behavior of self-talk and always dialogue with themselves)...
