As the reform of education system advancing step by step and the further implementation of new curriculum standard, the independence Cooperation and discussion based classroom teaching model is widely utilized in practice. Since the implementation of the curriculum reform in Shandong Dulangkou middle school in 1998, its effectiveness has been widely recognized. The independence Cooperation and discussion based classroom teaching model then has got special attention. At the same time, the new curriculum demands "promote individuality, cooperation and investigation as approaches to learning" and requires that “Chinese teaching should create a good self-learning environment for students to help them establishing the subjective consciousness, that means according to their own characteristics and needs, they can adjust the learning attitude and tactics consciously to explore the suitable learning methods. In order to change the shape of overemphasis on receptive learning, rote learning and mechanical training, Special attention should be paid to explore ways of learning, teachers should strive to improve the quality of organizing and guiding students’ studying ".Therefore, schools throughout China begin the implementation of independence Cooperation and discussion based classroom teaching model, and in this process all kinds of problems have appeared. For example, students explore the problems superficial; teachers misunderstand the true meaning of exploring; different subjects using indifferent the independence Cooperation and discussion based classroom teaching model which makes it as a form and do no work.Through the analysis of the case, this paper discusses problems appeared in independence Cooperation and discussion based classroom teaching model from three parts. The first part introduces independence Cooperation and discussion based classroom teaching model briefly as the theoretical foundation for the whole paper. The second part takes a class in a high school in Huangmei as a case to describe the problems appeared in the independence Cooperation and discussion based classroom teaching model from two aspects of mode designing and mode implementation. The third part as the key content in the paper summarizes the corresponding tactics from the same two aspects according to the previous discussions.This research tries to promote further study of the independent cooperative learning approach.
