The national basic education curriculum reform has been carriedout for10years, how to take the new curriculum ideas intodaily—teaching is an important research topic in this decade. As we allknow, the new curriculum reform not only learnd from foreignadvanced educational thoughts, but also inherited many of ourexcellent language education philosophy, it drawd form the researchaccomplishment which gain from the experts of many domestic andforeign language education and language educational reformer.Zhang Fu as one of the representatives of the Chinese—language ofeducation reform in the new era, whose teaching ideas have a certainimpact on the language curriculum reform. In this paper, I use theliterature research and case study, try to study Zhang Fu’s languageteaching ideology and practice from the point of new curriculum ideas,want to provide some useful inspirations for the majority of primary andsecondary school language teachers, which help them to undetstandthe new curriculum ideas and participate in the practice of the newcurriculum reform.This paper is divided into seven sections.First, the goal of educationis people-oriented and development potential. First analysis of theeducation needs of Zhang Fu explore language teaching and WhyZhang Fu to develop students potential; Second, the theoretical basis tounderstand the potential development from the perspective of brainscience to identify potential study of the feasibility; third, to exploreZhang Fu to help students fully develop its potential.Second, themethods of teaching is letting the students do the masters. Zhang Fuestablish a belief that students become masters of learning, to createthe combination of teaching, and not only to learn but also to study theconcept, the purpose is to allow students to do the masters of learning, the exercise of students thinking ability and listening, speaking, readingand writing ability,to help students develop self-learning ability andlifelong—learning ability.Third, attach importance to the teaching oforal communication. Oral communication in modern society is animportant capability, Zhang Fu attent to the importance ofcommunication in teaching, unit the process of language teachingand communicative process, to improving students language literacyform dialogue.Forth, the equality and dialogue teaching relationship.This chapter first defined the meaning of teaching, then carried out acomparative analysis from the new teacher-student relationship, thenew student concept and a new view of teacher three aspects of thenew curriculum requirements and Zhang Fu teaching ideas andpractice. New teacher-student relationship is a relationship of equality,dialogue;new concept of students include stimulation of learningmotivation, respect for the students the difference; new concept ofteachers is that teachers must establish a new concept of knowledgeand the concept of teaching ability.Fifth, a learning evaluation ofpromoting the development of students. Evaluation is an effectivemechanism to mobilize the student body, students’learning obtaingreater progress is only through their own active efforts, processevaluation make the students aware of the importance of learningevaluation, additional Zhang Fu establishs a new evaluationsystem.Sixth, the deficiencies. Society is in the process of constantdevelopment and changes. In the implementation process of the newcurriculum, we also found some shortcomings in the Zhang Fu languageteaching ideology and teaching practice:for example, payying littleattention to guide teaching students to ask questions, lacking theesthetic development in education and teaching language factors,and integrated learning content, the weight of knowledge training lightlanguage perception.Seventh, the revelation. Considering the above factors I get some enlightenments, such as teachers should have thededication and enterprising spirit, have independent thinking andcourage to practice courage.
