According to many researches and studies, the level of adolescentphysical health is generally not high. Particularly, the index of thestrength, speed, endurance and the physical has declined many yearsago. Although the exercise of reasonable scientific behavior positiverole in promoting physical and mental health is well known, not manypeople in real life actively take part in the exercise activities. The studyused the intervention exercise behavior of junior high school students,physical exercise to help improve students perceived value and level ofexercise behavior, to further improve the physical health of theteenagers.In this paper, the author used the literature data, the surveyquestionnaire and experimental research methods for studying theexperimental intervention on exercise behavior of students in Shanghaijunior high school. Intervention before the experimental implementation,intervention experiment time, place and exercise content wereprepared to study. In this study, the experimental group and the non-experimental group before and after the measurement, theexperimental group and the non-experimental group comparison ofthe measurement design, Sports In P. E. Activity Classes, fancy ropeskipping, free portfolio as the main form of activity, Physical educationteachers in the field, guided, organized and managed the fancy ropeskipping. Intervention experiment lasted three months, twice a week,each about30minutes.The results showed that:①The results ofprepared study showed that the sports activity classes were suitable fordisplay as an intervention experiment platform; The results of the sportssituation interests in the study showed that the students prefered toskipping,which could be used as the main content of the experimentalintervention.②The level of the girls’ cognitive and behavior who areexperimental group promote very significantly through the intervention experiments, but the exercise value of boys who are the experimentalgroup did not change significantly.③Before and after the experiment,the non-intervention experiment did not have the impact on the levelof cognitive value and behavior to the non-experimental group.④Experimental group students in the intervention before and after theexperiment, the fitness value of cognitive and behavioral level havesignificant sexual enhancement, indicating that the interventionexperiment played the certain role.Study recommends that:①Reasonable and effective intervention will improvethe implementation process of the experimental intervention.②Future interventions on the experimental researches should be furtherconsidered the representativeness of the sample size.③Improve theaccuracy of measurement of exercise behavior.④Develop withChinese characteristics and exercise behavior intervention theory.
