The arrival of the Internet era not only changed the mode ofproduction and way of life of people, but also changed the Way ofthinking and learning styles, Promoting school education towardsnetworking, personalization, and internationalization. The traditionallearning styles could not adapt to the comprehensive and personalitydevelopment needs of modern high school students. Independent,cooperative and other modern learning style will become a necessaryskills of students lifelong learning.Information Technology curriculum is the youngest integral part ofbasic education system, and shoulders the important task ofinformation literacy of students. As a high school IT courses teacher,the researcher regard "Enhance students independent learning,cooperation and exchange, and analyze problems andproblem-solving skills" as a research target, and carried out the strategystudy on Independent cooperative learning based on optionalproject in the high school IT courses.On the basis of the literature study and theoretical study, theresearcher first comply some preliminary analysis according to studentsand course characteristics, and comply feasibility analysis accordingto the current situation of IT courses. Secondly, Respectively explainedthe design strategy of the optional project management, learningresources, learning process and learning assessment. And then listedsome typical cases and conducted a comprehensive analysis on theimplementation effects of teaching and research. Finally, give asummary of the achievements and shortcomings of the study, andpointed out the direction for future research.The innovation lies in the combination of optional project learning,independent learning and cooperative learning, and executed the teaching practice throughout the school year in the high school ITteaching, accumulated a wealth of teaching resources, strategies andexperiences, and could give some references to other IT counterparts.
