The Cultivate Study Of Normal School Students

The hottest issue about the study in education is the cultivation andprofessional development of students from normal university, which isalso a difficult problem faced by the graduates in normal university inour country. All the countries are searching the effective way to makestudents from normal university have the abilities of basic qualities andpotentials. Nowadays, some schools hope to find the graduate who hasthe good ability of their own. Therefore, it is important to think abouthow to cultivate these students reasonably and effectively, such as theplan for curriculum and practice in the university. All these can makethem have a good command of knowledge and skills to improvethemselves in the future career.The aim of my study is to analyze some aspects of cultivation ofstudents who major in Maths from normal university and the raise somequestions in my opinion.Part1Summarize the background of the study and make a studyconclusion by searching other papers. Then I introduce some status ofcultivation of students from normal university in the view of our countryand foreign countries and make sure the methods and questions aboutmy study.Part2Do a survey about the status of cultivation in the maths majorin Shanghai Normal University to know about the teaching aims, creditsettings and course settings, etc.Part3Through three survey projects, to know the satisfaction aboutthe methods of cultivation and requirements for the junior schools to theMaths major normal graduates. Then find some distance between thecultivation in university and requirements of schools and society. Finally,make some advice to lay the foundation for improvements.Part4Make the weak points clear which exists in the plan for cultivation. Then, make my own point of view about the majorcultivation.Part5Conclusion and outlook the study and point out theinadequacies and cultivation.
