There are some problems in the current teaching of automobile maintenance major in secondary vocational schools,such as linear teaching,inertial feedback,common inquiry,shallow integration of theory and practice,neglect of recessive literacy training,which affect the quality of personnel training.This paper focuses on exploring the application of PDCA quality management cycle in professional course teaching,trying to draw lessons from the "PDCA management cycle" in ISO9000 enterprise quality management system,absorb its core ideas of "process control" and "quality improvement",and apply them to the teaching practice of automobile major course,in order to improve the quality of professional course teaching.The main research contents and results are as follows: Firstly,the application of PDCA cycle in teaching and the teaching reform of PDCA are summarized,and the shortcomings and new research contents and directions are put forward.The rapid response quality control procedures adopted by major automotive main engine factories and spare parts factories,the implementation process of PDCA and commonly used quality improvement methods and tools are analyzed,and the advantages and applicability are put forward.Secondly,by referring to the enterprise PDCA quality management procedures,the design idea of PDCA teaching is put forward,the operation technology of PDCA teaching is designed,and the operation process is given.This paper explores the "PDCA teaching" mode and constructs a classroom teaching process based on quality management cycle.Through setting up the monitoring points of work situation and learning task,using PDCA management cycle to monitor and control the teaching process,using technical software and evaluation system to process and feedback the evaluation data of learning task,simulating the quality control and improvement process of enterprises products,and forming the teaching guidance scheme.Thirdly,the implementation strategy of "3.2.N"--"3" refers to three stages: task preparation,task implementation and task processing;"2" refers to two types of teaching monitoring points: key points and basic points;"N" refers to N times of adjustment cycle.Finally,through the pre-school "five-step plan" to form task standards;learning "do-control parallel" to implement task monitoring;after-school "two-way action" to promote task improvement,in the automobile maintenance professional classroom teaching practice.Through theoretical analysis and practical research,this paper improves and perfects the teaching process of automobile major courses by using the procedures and methods of quality control of enterprises,promotes the improvement of teaching and learning quality,and proves that the reform of classroom teaching in secondary vocational schools based on PDCA quality management is effective and conducive to improving the quality of classroom teaching in secondary vocational schools.
