Implementing incentive mechanism to build a reasonable and complete education system is essential to promote the quality of higher education. It is also necessary for the sustainable development of higher education institutions. This article targets on the incentive mechanism for novice educators, who just start teaching in higher education facilities. Based on the above situation, this article is going to analyze the incentive mechanism for junior teaching staff in colleges or universities via the theory of sociology and education and research methods.es to colleges and universities beginning teacher development as a research object. The content is divided into five sections:Part I:Introduction. This chapter focuses on the problem, the purpose and significance of the study, including the literature review of studies. Research content, conception definition, research methods, basic theories, innovation and limitation of the study and survey sample are also included.Part II:Discussion regarding the theory of incentive mechanism development for colleges and universities junior teachers. This chapter is going to explore the career development and incentive mechanism for novice teachers in higher education institutions. This chapter compromises the plan, goals, characteristics and influencing factors of career development for the novice educators. This article is going to illustrate the incentive mechanism, especially its detailed content and various aspects.Part III:The analysis of current incentive mechanism for novice educators in higher education facilities. Firstly, this chapter is going to outline the overall current situation regarding incentive mechanism for novice teachers in higher education system. Secondly, based on the survey conducted in seven higher education institutions under Wuhan District Ministry of Education, the chapter is going to analyze teaching staff allocation system and working environment aspects. Lastly, the conclusion will be drawn with the existing problems and reasons summarized.Part IV:The formation of incentive mechanism system for novice teachers in higher education institutions. This complex but open system incorporates six principles and four elements. Six principles includes:people-centered principle, systemic scientific principle, material and spiritual incentive principle, fairness principle and immediate and long-term incentive principle. Four elements include:individual incentive mechanism, group incentive mechanism, leadership incentive mechanism and campus culture incentive mechanism. There are four functional aspects within the entire system:appealing for better human resource, individual career development, performance promotion and integration of resources.Part V:Strategies and recommendations to further develop incentive mechanism for novice teaching staff within higher education institutions. Firstly, the chapter is going to explore methods to optimize the employing and allocation system for novice teachers. Secondly, how to enhance the effectiveness of college appraisal will be discussed. Thirdly, the reasonable training system suggestion for novice teachers will be provided. Fourthly, the chapter will discuss a better way for higher education institution distribution system. Last but not least, the optimization of the working environment for novice teachers in higher education facilities will be discussed.The sixth part:Conclusion this part contains main conclusions.innovation and the work we would develop in future.
