University Teaching Management, for its direct influence on talents education, can be considered as one of the most important parts of university management. During the great development of higher education connotation in our country, for the purpose of improving teaching quality, the question for university teaching supervisors, is how to reform current teaching system, how to advance the exertion of students’ entity, how to improve student’s activity for study. After researching western and domestic universities’experiences, I find that it is a useful way for students’ participation in teaching management.Through discussing current situation of universities’teaching management and students’participation in management at home and abroad, this study indicates that it is a world and regional universities’reforming demand for students’participation in teaching management. And it is also an important way for student’s right realization. Then, participating management theory in management, stakeholder theory in economics, and democracy theory in politics, provide theoretical frame for further research. On this basis, after research of S university’s student participating in teaching management, I find various questions in student’s participation teaching management, such as serious organization’s power tendency, inadequate student’s activity for study, the phenomenon of information asymmetry, and low level of democracy participation, and discuss its reasons behind in three aspects including system, conception, technology and law. At last. I propose countermeasures for students’ participation in teaching management, structure effective modes and ways for students’participation in teaching management and give suggestions of further application for students’participating in teaching management.This study uses different research methods such as documents and materials, theoretical analysis, questionnaire survey, demonstration discussion, study students’ participation in teaching management thoroughly and systematically, stress combination of theoretical analysis and demonstration discussion, and provides practical experiences and theoretical foundation for students’ participation in teaching management.
