Research On The Problem Of Students Participation In School Management Of Anhui University

With awareness of citizen participation in modern society, today's college students enthusiasm is increasing and student participation in management of colleges and universities is an effective way to develop their sense of civic participation; With the rapid progress of higher education marketization, the subject consciousness of the students is strengthening and student participation in management of colleges and universities is the good form to safeguard the interests of the students; In reality, the value of executive-base in management of colleges and universities is a serious impediment to the development of the university, then it might also be the internal approach to "go administration is changed " for student participation in school management. Our student participation in university management now is in the exploration stage, and there are many issues to be resolved. It is necessary to discuss the issue of the improvement of student participation in management of colleges and universities system.This paper researches on student participation using the major knowledge of administrative science,political science,sociology, absorbing from international relevant practical experiences and taking use of empirical research,comparative analysis,literature analysis in accordance with the way of proposing the problem, analyzing the problem and solving the problem. The paper sets the concept of student participation and analyzes results in the management of college and management at first, and take the Anhui University for example to summarize the practical experiences by analyzing the organization form and results of the student participation. To summer up the current status through sampling questionnaire survey and working experience of the author, this research expects to resolve the problems of establishments,system guarantee of the student participation.
