The Principles of Ideological and Political Education method are an important part of the ideological and political education system, its constraints and determine the effect of the implementation of the ideological and political education. The current principles of ideological and politic-al education method, however, there are problems and shortcomings of too much attention to college students, ignore the negative Students inherent and potential positive force and virtue development education orientation and characteristics of the ideological and political education into the plight of poor educational results. The Principles of Ideological and Political Education, therefore, urgent need to introduce new theories and ideas, innovative University of Ideological and Political Education, in order to improve the effectiveness of the ideological and political education.Positive psychology is thought the rise of psychology in the United States in the late20th century, arguing that the psychology inherent and potential positive force and virtue, in order to promote the development of their own positive force and potential, the people live a happier life. The paper introduced and expounded the meaning of positive psychology, ideology and theory of the theoretical foundation and research, positive psychology and the introduction of ideological and political education innovations, proposed the new ideological and political education, a more active educational philosophy that active concept, the concept of happiness and outlook on development, to better guide the implementation of innovative approaches of ideological and political education.Positive psychology ideas and concepts into the ideological and political education in order to foster a positive ideological and political education concept, innovative methods of ideological and political education, with a positive and constructive role, it is conducive to promoting free and comprehensive development of college students, enhance the effectiveness of the ideological and political education, and help to promote the development of a harmonious socialist society.Moral formation of the ideological and political process is under the influence of the external environment, the learners and their inherent knowledge, feeling, consciousness and the line of various psychological elements of the dialectical movement, balanced development process. Paper to follow the Principles of ideological and political and moral formation of the law on the basis of the exploration and study of the intrinsic mechanisms of ideological and political education in the positive psychology perspective. These mechanisms are:positive perception, including attention to itself a positive force for the formation of a high degree of self-esteem and good self-efficacy; positive emotional experiences, including a sense of satisfaction, subjective happiness, optimism for the future; positive qualities, including wisdom, optimism, hope and excellence; positive behavior, including to see the Tailored, good habits and Maintenance.Under the guidance of the concept of ideological and political education in the Positive Psychology Perspective, according to the Students’ideological and moral formation of the law and its ideological and psychological characteristics and the actual situation, I try to ideological and political education methods in positive psychology perspective innovative strategy, they are:students actively cognitive approach to stimulate students to actively emotional experience, and cultivate the positive quality of the college students, training students to actively behavior method to construct a positive environment for ideological and political education method.
