Positive psychology rose in the United States in the late 1990 s and is a science devoted to "researching human development potential and virtues".Among them,the core concepts of positive emotional experience,positive psychological counseling and positive organizational system,to a certain extent,affect and even change the teaching concepts and models of Ideological and political education,and have reference significance in promoting the effectiveness of Ideological and political education and promoting the scientific development of Ideological and political education.Positive psychology and ideological and political education are obviously in agreement at many theoretical levels.Through the analysis of the dilemma faced by the current ideological and political education,and drawing lessons from the core concepts of positive psychology,the article hopes to put forward targeted value measures to improve the effectiveness of Ideological and political education in both theoretical and practical levels.The full text is divided into four parts:Part ?: Interpretation of the connotation of positive psychology.This part mainly discusses the definition and characteristics of positive psychology,collates and analyses the theoretical and practical background of the formation of positive psychology,and systematically combs and summarizes the three core contents of positive psychology.Part ?: Ideological and political education refers to the realistic analysis of positive psychology.This part of the paper mainly demonstrates the feasibility of using positive psychology for reference in Ideological and political education by means of mutual goals and complementary methods.Then the necessity of using positive psychology for reference in Ideological and political education is analyzed,and on this basis,it is analyzed from the level of guiding principles.Part ?:The Dilemma Analysis of Ideological and political education from the perspective of positive psychology.This part as the focus of this article,mainly from the positive quality,the status of students as the main body,ideological and political education practicality and education environment,analysis of the plight of Ideological and political education in the new era.Part ?: Paths to improve the effectiveness of Ideological and political education from the perspective of positive psychology.By introducing the positive emotional experience method,positive personality and positive organizational system method of positive psychology,this part puts into practice how to improve the effectiveness of Ideological and political education from the perspectives of Ideological and political education concept,method,content,environment and so on.
