With the New Curriculum Standards and the new textbooks for high school Politics being widely accepted and applied, high school Politics teaching reform has been successfully launched. A huge number of studies and researches on high school politics teaching modes have been done by the enthusiastic and creative Politics teacher across the nation, presenting plenty of excellent teaching strategies and cases, and at the same time, some problems have arisen as well. For example, many studies and researches related to politics teaching modes are mainly based on one certain teaching mode, lacking in a comprehensive understanding of how to apply multi-teaching modes in practice. Therefore, the outcomes of those studies and researches are, in a sense, limited. Herein, this essay will focus on the application of multi-teaching modes for high school politics teaching, aiming at a substantial improvement in the quality of high school politics teaching and a faithful implementation of the concept from the New Curriculum Reform.The essay starts with the background, purpose and significance of the study and gives an overall summarization of the results of former studies, indicating explicitly the theoretical standpoint and innovative idea of the essay. Followed are the related theories of the integration of multi-teaching modes, introducing in detail the principles and the arrangements for the procedures that the integration of multi-teaching modes follow. In conclusion, through a survey for the integration of multi-teaching modes and its result analysis, the essay proves the positive effects that the multi-teaching modes can bring in high school politics teaching while at the same time points out several barriers that may affect the development of the integration of multi-teaching modes and proposes some constructive suggestions on how to build and perfect the integration of multi-teaching modes.
