With the development of the socialist market economy, integrity has become one of the principles which social activities should abide. However, due to some utilitarian factors, nowadays some worrying integrity crisis has appeared in many fields of China. The job market of college graduates is as a small part of market economy, it is also impacted by the credit crisis. Lacking of integrity usually manifests some college graduates cheat in the employment or break their promise at will, disobeying the integrity principle initiatively or passively in order to meet the changeable market employment needs and make themselves have more competitive advantages than other competitors. Parts of the graduates who lack integrity in employment have badly impact on the overall image of college graduates. It becomes an obstacle for the college graduates to get a favoring job position and it makes the employment situation even more severe. Thus, it is very significant to explore how to improve the credible consciousness of the college graduates and prevent as well as correct the faithless conduct in the job hunting process.This article is on the basis of limiting the implication of integrity, analyzing the problems and affected factors which college graduates exist in integrity employment. It particularly analyzes the deep reasons in the back of lacking integrity, and the problems and reasons on construction of integrity system from the external environment, school education, family education and graduates themselves. This article is also on the basis of practice and research, exploring the basic principles which college graduates should obey in establishing the integrity system, designing the main content of the framework, clarifying the governments, employers, universities, families and college graduates which should undertake the corresponding responsibilities. According to the current realistic situation of employment, this article proposes some specific measures which conform to our college students'characteristic, come up to our national condition and help for promoting graduates'employment fully.
