| Taking people foremost is the core and essence of Scientific Concept of Development. Applying this advanced theory to practice in various fields is vital to put this principle in space. To have teaching evaluation on college physical education from the angle of taking people foremost is the demand of Scientific Concept of Development, and the major task of the college physical education reform in the new era.The paper deals with the research on assessment of students’P.E. Learning through literature study, logical analysis, investigation and other methods.Through analysis and research, humanism is found missing in five aspects for the college Physical Education, mainly including:emphasizing talent cultivation, while ignoring the development of person in teaching goals, rigid traditional P.E teaching and exam-oriented education in teaching model, emphasizing competition sports, while ignoring quality in assessment, emphasizing result, while ignoring P.E. process in assessment methods, emphasizing the teachers, while ignoring students in assessment subjects. There is dissimilation when implementing human-orientation concept in teaching."Human-orientation" is regarded as deregulation of class management, relaxed class discipline, ignorance of the teachers’interests in order just to respect students and meet the requirements of students and even no tests for students, etc. For these circumstances and wrong concepts, I put forward my own ideas and thinking in this paper.Because of the humanism missing in current assessment of Physical Education, Public Physical Education Assessment System is built up in human-orientation perspective according to "human-orientation" theory, competence-oriented education theory, and documents of Educational Departments and experts ideas. Assessment framework of teaching assessment system is constructed with17secondary indicators and40third level indicators from the following aspects:basic knowledge and skills of sports, body fitness, physical health, classroom performance and behavior, and physical qualities and abilities. The framework reflects the nature of human orientation, completeness and relevance of the assessment. The assessment weight is set for the students’ grade on P.E. curriculum, reflecting the nature of process, quality and diversity of the assessment. The paper, according to requirement of human-orientation to the teaching assessment, elaborates and analyzes the eight assessment methods on teaching, including real-time assessment, formative assessment, summative assessment, self-assessment, others’assessment, quantitative assessment, qualitative assessment and development assessment. The paper focuses on the combination of diversified assessment and assessment methods, which requires self-assessment combined with others’assessment to achieve the diversity of assessment subjects, summative assessment combined with formative assessment to achieve the transfer of the assessment center, qualitative assessment combined with quantitative assessment to achieve diversity of assessment methods, fading in development and fading out the screening and selection to achieve the transformation of assessment function. |
