| Under the background of economic globalization and cultural pluralism,the internationalization of higher education has become an irreversible trend and an important means to realize the modernization of higher education.Since the implementation of China’s reform and opening-up policy,China’s ties with the world have become increasingly close.The development of the open economy needs a large number of high-quality talents with international vision,familiar with international affairs and international working ability.As a practical form of transnational higher education in China,Sino foreign cooperation in running schools(SFCRS)has natural advantages in promoting the internationalization of higher education and cultivating internationalized talents.Meanwhile,Sino foreign cooperation in running schools(SFCRS),as an integral part of China’s higher education,must take root in the local,and cultivate talents to serve China’s socialist modernization.It is an important foundation for the international development of SFCRS.In addition,the core issue of SFCRS is the introduction of foreign high-quality educational resources,and the ultimate goal is to promote China’s educational reform and ability improvement.Localization is a necessary means to promote the integration of foreign high-quality educational resources and local educational resources,and is the key to improve the utilization efficiency of foreign high-quality educational resources and play a leading role in SFCRS.Therefore,the localization of high-quality educational resources is the guide to the correct direction of SFCRS and the key to improving the quality of running schools.This research takes "localization of high-quality educational resources in SFCRS in Western China " as the research theme,divides high-quality educational resources into five aspects: talent training concept,curriculum and teaching materials,teaching staff,teaching methods and management system,and defines localization as a process in which the educational subject introduces foreign high-quality educational resources according to the reality of the country and its own development,and realizes the absorption and utilization of foreign high-quality educational resources by means of resource transformation and resource integration,so as to form educational achievements with advantageous、distinctive and effective results,and then realize the promotion and sharing of high-quality educational achievements.From the process point of view,it can be divided into "resource introduction-resource integration-resource sharing" three links.From the perspective of multicultural education theory and resource integration theory,this paper analyzes the current situation and problems of the localization of high-quality educational resources in SFCRS by using qualitative research methods.The main research contents are as follows: first,analyze the research status of localization of high-quality educational resources in SFCRS,clarify the concept,and sort out the path link of localization of high-quality educational resources in SFCRS.Second,through the analysis of the characteristics of SFCRS and the integration of resources.Thirdly,it discusses the realistic dilemma of the localization of high-quality educational resources in SFCRS,and how to break through the dilemma of the localization of high-quality educational resources in SFCRS,so as to realize process optimization and efficiency improvement.After the in-depth investigation and analysis of Sino foreign cooperative education cases,it is found that in the resource introduction link,the case organization adheres to the introduction of high-quality foreign resources and to the cultivation of innovative talents with international and national conditions,pays attention to the introduction of cutting-edge courses and variety teaching materials,and strictly requires students in teaching methods and methods to the cultivation of talents Students’ autonomous learning ability.And the case organization pay equal attention to the introduction and cultivation of Teachers,and both joint management and self independence.In the process of resource integration,bilingual curriculum,transitional curriculum,cooperative curriculum,academic tutor system and joint management can effectively promote the integration of Chinese and foreign educational resources.In the aspect of resource sharing,the support of local colleges provides favorable conditions for the sharing of high-quality educational resources.Open educational activities and the establishment of overseas research centers are successful attempts to share high-quality educational resources in Sino foreign cooperative education.At the same time,the localization of high-quality educational resources in SFCRS is not smooth.In the process of localization,there are still difficulties in the introduction,integration and sharing of high-quality educational resources,among which the difficulties in the introduction of high-quality educational resources include the lack of professional teachers,the lack of scientific research resources and the lack of scientific research cooperation;the difficulties in the integration of high-quality educational resources include the high quality requirements of teachers and the challenges brought by online teaching;and the sharing of high-quality educational resources It is affected by the lack of motivation of "going out" and the acceptance of local colleges.In view of the difficulties in the localization process of high-quality educational resources in SFCRS,this study puts forward solutions from the teacher level,college and school level,social level and national government level,and proposes the combination of teacher autonomy and college support to smooth the communication channels between Chinese and foreign teachers and build a new mechanism of Chinese foreign exchange and cooperation;the combination of education training and practice promotion to improve the quality of education resources to enhance the ability of resource integration of SFCRS and projects;to combine online and offline,broaden new channels of resource sharing,and accelerate the "going out" of Chinese foreign cooperatively run schools;to combine supervision and supervision,and provide institutional guarantee for strengthening the localization of resources. |
