Western authorities were getting involed in the study of theory cooperration among teachers from1930s, and were getting achivements in it. As the study moving on,the study of teacher cooperation in western developed countries such as USA and Canada are becoming the study of teacher cooperation culture. The study of teacher cooperation culture are thought of the best trend for teacher developing culture.In the1980s,according to foreign theory on teacher coopertation and Chinese situation, we has studied deeply in teacher cooperation.High school study as the last link in basic education is unique.By now, teacher cooperation in China is not optimistic. Firstly, teachers do not realize that the meaning of teacher cooperation to schools, students and themselves.Secondly, individualism lead to lack of communication.Thirdly, diff-erences in education background and thought pattern, also cause the isolated state of teachers.All these factors are going against specialty improving,better relationship in colleague,and building teacher cooperation culture. Though teacher cooperation,teacher’s knowledge and experience exchanges can be implementd, and mutual development of school and teacher himself can be promoted. New courses reform emphasizes cooperative spirit and integrated curriculum development. New courses reform asks for high school teachers changing education idea and meeting education reform needs.The aim are that the students is to study activly,to grasp correlation study methods,to gain skills. Guangxi is the last province in high school new courses reform project implement, therefore, by using experience of other province for reference, combining the practical situation,guiding cooperation among teachers to face challenges and to discuss then solve the problems which are occured in new courses reform can better promote and develop reform in education of Guangxi. In these thesis,4high schools in Guangxi have been selected as research objects,including Nanning36th High School,Peihong High School,Guangxi Minority High School, Binyang High School. Through questionnaire and interviews, we found some problems as followed:firstly, high school teachers do not go deep into knowledge teacher cooperation;secondly,the form of cooperation among teachers are single; Thirdly,the influence factors in high school teachers cooperation are including personal qualities, conservativeness, time,facilities, relationship in members; Fourthly,school do not pay enough attention in teacher cooperation, be lack of guarantee systems that teacher cooperation is not in teacher assessment system.In this thesis,4high schools have been selected as samples to analyze the situation of high school teachers cooperation.Based on the problems found out in this survey, construction strategy in teacher cooperation was proposed.It has a significant meaning in practice of teacher cooperation,and in promotion of Guangxi new courses reform.Also in this thesis,anticipated results,deficiency and the research direction are pointed out.
