The Stugy On The Self-Organization Evolution Of Guangxi Universities’ Knowledge Innovation System

The system of universities’knowledge innovation is a nonlinear system which is open, far from equilibrium and influenced by internal and external factors. When the system is in a self-organization evolution state, the external environment will combine with the internal elements so that they will have a enormous impact on the self-organization evolution in colleges’knowledge innovation. Meanwhile, it will influence the local economy, the support of society and the coverage. At present, universities in China have many long-time problems such as are not able to make a self-organization evolution in knowledge innovation of college and lack of the motive power and so on. Therefore, studying the matter of a self-organization evolution in universities’ knowledge innovation has a strong realistic significance.This paper will discuss the organization of self-organization and the methodology of universities’knowledge innovation system. The paper analyzes the elements of the self-organization evolution in universities’knowledge innovation system and the mechanism of organization evolution. The paper considers that the universities’knowledge innovation system will achieve the anticipated goal on knowledge innovation when the internal factors cooperate with each other effectively. And on this basis, this article makes a empirical study on the self-organization evolution in Guangxi Universities’knowledge innovation system, and thinks that the problem of it from tow parts. From the outsider of the system, the degree of openness of knowledge innovation is not sufficient, and negentropy can not be input. From the insider of the system, the research lack of autonomy; the nonlinear function is not obviously; the current model of teaching is not benefit in training the innovation qualified persons, etc.According to these issues, the article takes some countermeasures which not only provide scientific evidence of knowledge innovation for the local government but also provide some useful decision-making references on the system of evolution of self-organization countermeasure in universities’ knowledge innovation.
