This research uses the "Guangxi Distance Higher Education Disabled Students’ Learning Motivation Questionnaire " as research tools, interviews209disabled students and some other students, teachers and relevant leaders. The study has found that:1. Learning motivation seldom differs in sex factors, but comprehensive index shows that female students’ learning motivation is higher than that of male students.2. Career development factor in the ages exists significant differences, but interest in knowledge, return society, external expectations and social relations in the age factor has no significant differences.3. Social relations in national factor exists significant differences, interest in knowledge, return society, external expectations and professional development factor in national has no significant differences.4. Interest in knowledge, external expectations and social relations factor exist significant differences in region, but return society and knowledge on career development factor has no significant differences.5. Career development and social relationship on major factor exists significant differences, but interest in knowledge, return society, external expectations has no significant differences.6. The comprehensive index of the three grades in general school were13.082,0.173and3.298, the freshman class students’ learning motivation is the most intense, then the senior, the weakest is the sophomore.The aboved characteristics of learning motivation are mainly influenced by physical,pyschological and social and cultural factors.In order to improve students’ learning motivation and education quality,it is suggested to perfect social security system,improve social support service system,provide personalized teaching service,collaborate by both family and school and to encourage students probe into their studies.
