Abstract:The problems of moral education in secondary vocational schools have attracted widespread attention and born some fruits, however, there still exist some to be solved. For example, there is no distinction between moral education in secondary vocational schools and that in elementary and secondary schools. The specialty of occupational education in secondary vocational schools has not been fully studied. Researches on moral education in secondary vocational schools are still remained on the levels of school managers, which is lack of pertinency and maneuverability. There are few applied researches on how to implement moral education in secondary vocational schools into vocational education and better service it. Therefore, how to excavate the vocational connation of moral education in secondary vocational schools and how to effectively enhance students’ comprehensive quality and their awareness of professional ethics in secondary vocational schools are becoming the problems facing people who are concerned about moral education in secondary vocational schools.The characteristics of moral education in secondary vocational schools not only can be brought out by comparison secondary vocational schools with ordinary secondary schools, but also can be understood by the teachers’special modes of moral education in secondary vocational schools. The characteristics of moral education in secondary vocational schools is a kind of education which is closely linked to professional requirements to strengthen students’professional ethics, professional aspirations, professional awareness, professional behaviors in the moral education of secondary vocational schools. This kind of education aims to cultivate students’noble vocational moral sprits, improve their rich vocational moral capabilities and enhance their employment behavior culture. Teachers in secondary vocational schools are the main force of moral education in schools. They should not only lay emphasis on cultivating students’professional feelings, professional cognition, professional awareness and professional behaviors, but create a professional spirit, construct characteristics of moral culture and generate professional morality in all aspects of school affairs as well This kind of moral education which is filled with professional atmosphere is the key to understand the characteristics of moral education in secondary vocational schools.The characteristics of moral education in secondary vocational schools is to strengthen students’professional values education and the formation of the occupation quality education in secondary vocational schools by means of occupational elements of aims, contents and methods of moral education in secondary vocational schools which are from the aspects of professional feelings, professional attitudes and professional behaviors It is not only the guarantee for the systematicness of moral education in schools, but also the specific requirements of cultivating students’vocational moral quality.The characteristics of moral education in secondary vocational schools can be strengthened by the guidance of public opinion, entry oath, professional clothing, seminars, skills competition and so on. While attaching great importance to vocational practice of moral education in secondary vocational schools, leading professional culture into schools to help students breathe professional feelings at zero distance, mastering excellent professional skills and cultivating good professional behaviors can put the inherent occupational moral education in secondary vocational schools into effect.
