Exploration on either the change of teachers’ teaching mode or students’ studying mode has been endless since the new curriculum reform was started in2001. However the different teaching modes have their own advantages and disadvantages in practice. The teaching model by adjusting measures to local conditions, optimizing and integrating different teaching models is one of the means of promoting the new curriculum reform. On the basis of analyzing both " research method guided by learning plan " and learning method through team "comparatively, the teaching mode of learning guided by learning plan and co-study by cooperation has been come up with by using literature research, case study, experience summary, etc. The new model is to determine the following teaching concepts:Promote learning through leaning plan, Determine teaching through leaning, Solve problems by cooperation and Develop together. Finally teaching process for designing is summarized as practice, discuss, talk and practice. Through collecting, sorting out and analyzing the implementation effect, the result shows that the new model can cultivate students’ autonomous learning ability better, language ability, innovation ability and interest in learning mathematics; it can also promote educational and scientific research ability better and promote colleague to trust and cooperate better. At the same time, its further research will aim at pertinence, validity and long term of learning, etc.
