JiTT(Just-in-Time Teaching)is a new form of teaching and learning method based on web-based learning tasks and learners' proactive learning classrooms,and combine them with each other.The teaching method has been verified in other teaching areas,obtaining relatively positive teaching achievement.In order to make up for the lack of students' learning interest under the general teaching method,this thesis combines the classroom with online teaching methods,giving full role of students under the guidance of teacher in the class.In addition,in the process of the study,network means are used to carry out teaching,broadening the learning channels of college students and stimulate their learning interest.What's more,it can also cultivate students' self-learning ability,so as to improve the teaching quality of college aerobics courses.In this study,62 girls of the elective aerobics class in the Zhixing College of Northwest Normal University in 2018 are selected as experiment subjects.This thesis applies literature research method,survey method,experimental method and statistical method.Based on the theory of JiTT teaching method,the experiment class is applied in JiTT and the teaching effect is verified through teaching experiments,in order to provide reference for other aerobics instructors.The study conclusions are as following.1.Before and after the experiment,students of the experiment class and the control class are tested for physical fitness.The test items are 50 meters,800 meters,sitting forward flexion,standing long jump,vital capacity,and sit-ups.There are no significant differences in the indicators of the students in the two classes before the experiment.The selection of the experiment subjects is reasonable and comparable.After 16 weeks of the experiment,the students' seated forward flexion scores and sit-ups scores are P <0.05,which are significantly different.The conclusion is that under this teaching mode,the flexibility and lumbar and abdominal muscle endurance of college girls are improved to a certain extent.2.Before the experiment,the results of learning interest test in the experimental class and the control class are P>0.05.It means there is no significant difference.While,after the experiment,the results are increasing,and there are significantly differences between two classes.The conclusion is that applying this novel teaching method can increase students' learning interest.3.Students' self-learning ability is tested before and after class.Before the experiment,students' test results in experiment class are P>0.05,while after experiment are P<0.05.It means there are significantly differences between two classes.Through the active guidance of teachers and the purpose of urging students to learn,students' self-learning ability can be better cultivated.4.Before the experiment,students' aerobics level are tested.Furthermore,the movement completion,music rhythm,correctness of movement,and physical coordination of the two classes are tested.There is no significant difference between the two classes.After one-semester experiment,the results of the aerobics performance test of the two classes of students are P<0.05,which is significantly different.It is concluded that under this teaching method,students' mastery of aerobics skills is better than the conventional teaching method.From the above,it can be explained that the JiTT teaching method can effectively stimulate students' learning interest and improve the teaching effect of aerobics.It is suitable for the group of aerobics girls in colleges,and it can also be introduced into other disciplines of physical education.
